Growth factors, including EGF, are proteins widely known as ingredients that help cell and skin management. It is not difficult to find commercially available products that contain EGF. However, it is worth noting a few facts about the growth factor. We have been developing the G5 factor serum to resolve these fundamental issues.
1) Expensive growth factors must be discernible.
Products containing growth factors are very expensive; however, it is very difficult to verify or detect whether a product actually contains growth factor ingredients such as EGF.
In some cases, growth factors are below the threshold of detection because too small amounts have been added. In other cases, a number of ingredients contained in cosmetics mask growth factors, hindering proper detection. Therefore, consumers will be able to trust a product if they can verify whether it actually contains growth factors. Our TRUFECT™ G5 Growth Factor Active Serum allows you to witness the growth factors. Before using the product, you will be able to see the multi-growth factor protein isolated from the adenosine solution in the cylinder.
2) Growth factors must remain active.
Most of the EGF growth factor products currently in the market contain small amounts of growth factors or nano-growth factors. While nano-growth factors are somewhat more stable, experts in biotechnology and protein chemistry believe that their effects will be halved in less than three months. Growth factors are sensitive to temperature, and storing them in a high-temperature environment expedites the undermining of the effects.
In the TRUFECT™ G5 serum, growth factors are in powder form, which means they remain 100% active until they are dissolved in solution. To sustain stability, the serum can be stored in the refrigerator before its effective begins to diminish. Moreover, we provide the serum in an amount that can be used for 1-2 weeks after being dissolved in the solution, which means that the serum can maintain maximum activation.
The G5 serum is created as a CEUTICALOGY™ complex based on biotechnology using growth factors with proven activation. With help of advisory group consisting of experts in biomedical engineering, protein chemistry, and biochemistry, we have achieved an optimal ratio adequate for the TRUFECT™ G5 serum.
A bottle of the serum contains 8 ppm of growth factors, which is within the detectable range of activation. The G5 serum also contains superoxide dismutase (SOD), an enzyme that catalyzes the dismutation of superoxide into oxygen and hydrogen peroxide.
Above graph demonstrates that creating a complex by mixing activated growth factors yields a higher level of activity than using growth proteins such as EFG by themselves. Whereas all growth factors are mixed in equal amounts in Complex1, the factors are mixed with a golden ratio in Complex2. The graph indicates that Complex2 has a higher level of activation than Complex1.
Shinagawa Hospital in Japan has purchased G4 Serum for treating their patients. After thorough analysis, dermatologists concluded that multi-growth factors mixed at an optimal ratio are highly effective for anti-aging of the skin. Operating a number of skin clinics throughout Japan, Shinagawa Hospital currently uses GF-4 made with the optimal ratio.
TRUFECT™ G5 serum contains 8 ppm of 5 types of multi-growth factors, as well as increased concentration of VEGF.
